Ms. Gupta is an accomplished dietitian with over 21 years of experience in clinical practice in the Health and Nutrition industry. Blending traditional food wisdom with modern nutritional science, she actively promotes wholesome, healthy lifestyles and diets for people with different backgrounds, needs and cultures. She enjoys experimenting with food in her kitchen - ‘My Food Lab’ as she warmly puts it - coming up with innovative recipes using locally sourced ingredients.

She has to her credit various news articles and was also featured in All India Radio (“Role of Proteins in Diet”). She is also a Seed Rotation Therapy practitioner, exclusively taking care of PCOS patients.

A lifelong student, she enthusiastically pursues Dietetics educational programmes to keep up with the developments in nutritional science.

Her goal is to offer her clients and community affordable, personalised and result-oriented professional service to ensure the best outcome by applying knowledge gained from experience, clinical judgments, and research findings.

Chef Tanay brings to the team over seven years of experience in the food industry, with a specialisation in baking. He expresses himself through food, using his knowledge to improve the textures, flavours and taste of his dishes. Additionally, he has managed bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops, motivating his team to deliver the best for his customers.  Constantly learning new culinary skills, he enjoys creating new recipes and perfecting his existing repertoire.
